I pay for 25 mbps high speed internet and lately my internet speeds have been unbearably slow. You think I'm impatient, but I've had pages loading for the last 15 minutes that simply won't load. I can't even watch youtube videos in 144p. I checked my task manager and it says my computer is using less than 1% of the bandwidth given to me (http://i.imgur.com/5UaBvCt.png). Some pages load quickly though, like Reddit for example still loads fast (except images, gifs, etc., they still load ridiculously slow) but I'm trying to load google and I've tried some other websites like menswearhouse and my college website (not simultaneously) and they take forever. Can someone tell me why this is? I've tried resetting my router/modem, powercycling it helped a bit for a day, then it went back to being slow.
