Rock Candy makes Xbox 360 knock-offs. If you've used a plain Xbox 360 controller, you've used one of these Rock Candy controllers. They feel pretty good int he hand, though they're far, far lighter than the official 360 controllers. Looked through the device manager, rock candy is unspecified. Tried looking for solutions, nothing has worked. Also tried getting the computer to fix it, and it said, Rock Candy X360 Controller doesn't have a driver. The new PC drivers will enable the Xbox One controller to be used with any game that featured gamepad support for the Xbox 360 controller. Simply download the drivers, connect your Xbox One controller to your computer through a micro USB cable and you’ll be gaming in no time.

Help - Rock Candy PS3 Controller not being recognized on PC

Rock Candy Xbox Controller Driver

Hey All, so my Sony ps3 controller died on me (cat nibbled the wired) and I wasn't in the mood to purchase a stupid $55 ps3 controller. Gamestop had a cheaper alternative, Rock Candy wired USB PS3 Controller for $20. Obviously I picked that up.

Now when I plug it in the PC - it doesn't pop up on the Device Manager. Technically it does, Under the name HID complaint game controller.

Now Under the Control Panel > Device & Printer, it shows Rock Candy Gamepad for PS3.

When I open DS3 or Motionjoy - it does not pick up the controller at all. The controller is technically working (I opened Dark Souls and it responds to the controller, however not to the settings I like it, and I can't change the controller mapping, up is down, down is up, Square is Circle, Circle is triangle, it's all sorts of weird and fucked)

So I tried googling, youtubing for a resolution but unable to find one. This is a WIRED USB PS3 Controller. Most issues I found online were about the wireless version. so I am at a lost now.

Update - Also, my PS2 Emulator does not recognize the controller nor FFX, FFXII
